Allow adding/editing transactions for linked (Non-manual) accounts

This would allow one to be able to create & import historical transactions into a linked account, so that historical account balances and net-worth charts would accurately reflect the past, prior to account linking.

In the future, we will implement the ability to import historic data directly from other financial services, like Mint in the US, and 22Seven in South Africa.
