Annual Budgets

Would like the ability to set annual budgets for certain items. For instance, clothing--i want to spend $1000 for year, but I don't want to spend X amount per month I'd rather buy a coat in February that's $400 and then two other items when I need them. This would also help with categories where there are a lot of returns like clothing or general items because the refund often hits on a later month so you have to go in and change it manually. I know some people use budgeting to store pockets of money away to use for vacations, etc., but I use budgeting to make sure I'm happy overall with my spend and that's easier to see from an annual perspective on certain categories.
