Feature Request: Entity-Scoped Budgets (Multi-Budget Account Assignment)

• Support multiple named budgets per user (e.g., “Personal,” “Trust,” “Business”).

• Change account-to-budget assignment from binary include/exclude to per-account, per-budget inclusion — an account can belong to one, several, or all budgets.

• Let the user switch the active budget view, with each view showing only its assigned accounts, categories, planned income/expenses, and rollover state — otherwise identical to today’s single-budget experience.

• Net worth / reporting should clarify scope: default to all-accounts aggregate, with an option to filter by budget/entity.

Why now

This isn’t a request for shared/collaborative access — it’s single-user, multi-entity separation. Distinct from FinWise’s in-progress “budget with a partner” feature; shouldn’t be scoped or prioritized alongside it.
