Pause auto-sync / option to manual sync only

Some banks have weird MFA in place, and the auto sync feature triggers that MFA at night, so the connection is refused and after a while access blocked (mainly with RBC).

It would be good to have the option to choose between auto sync and manual sync, so I could trigger the sync to these accounts when I'm awake and near the MFA device to authenticate the connection.
