Read Only / Scoped API keys

We currently have the capability to generate API keys. It would be beneficial to enhance this functionality by introducing options for "Read only," "Write only," and "Read & Write" permissions. Additionally, incorporating expiration settings such as "7 days," "30 days," "6 months," "1 year," and "never" would be a valuable improvement.
