Spilit transaction improvements

It would be great if three was a quick way to split a transaction over a number of months. Currently you have to split the transaction and then figure out what the percentage should be and then re-assign the dates. This seems like a common action that should be quicker than that.

Some examples would be splitting my provisional tax payments over the period they apply to, or an annual subscription for a software service. I have also had situations where I'm paying a housemate for several months of something like internet connection.

So it would mostly be 6 or 12 months, but not exclusively.
