We’ve made some changes to how you can report problems, request features, or get help via live chat. All options now live in the main menu:

• Report a problem

  Having an issue with a bank connection? Found a bug in the app? Create a ticket, or upvote an existing ticket, to get your requests fixed faster.

  Have a suggestion for what we should add to FinWise next? Add a ticket or upvote trending requests.

  View recent changes we’ve made to FinWise.

  Curious about what we’re busy building, or plan to add next? Check out our roadmap.

  Want to speak to a human, view our documentation, or join our community? Click on Help from the menu.

If you have any feedback on these updates, please reach out via the chat anytime!

• If there is an error in your CSV you can now identify and modify it inline

• Choose to skip certain lines with the multi-select option

• Choose which account group and currency to set for new accounts created on import

• Better visibility into tracks your import’s progress

You can now see when your data was last synced on FinWise, as well as when our data providers last pulled data from your bank.
