Rollover Budgets for Category Groups

For example I have a category group called “Improvement & Repairs” which I want to use as a catchall budget for home and car improvements. Being able to have a rolling budget for the catch all gives me more information on what is costing money in each section, (e.g house/pool/car/garden) rather than lumping everything into a category
